Many products attract a million users.
Few attract more than a billion.
Sometimes getting a huge customer base happens by brute force, monopoly on distribution or hardware, or big-time marketing and advertising spend.
But sometimes apps are designed to go viral, to spread from one user to another. (Think of Clubhouse)
Sometimes they spread (like ChatGPT) due to buzz — “word of mouth” — everyone is talking about it.
My team has been working on a valuable new AI application that hopefully will go viral soon.
Millions of people will benefit from it. There’s a free version. Each new user will experience positive benefits by inviting other users.
I’ve had the good fortune in my decades in tech to work on several products that went viral by design.
If this works, you’ll soon learn about this product from one of its current users and then you’ll find yourself using it too!🤞
