Some people are all-stars. Top performers. They find a better way to do things and set a high bar for everyone else.
It’s usually a combination of natural talent, skills and knowledge, experience, mindset and training that enables people to consistently be in top 1% of anything.
Don Clifton said a key to being successful is to study the top performers and find out what they do differently.
(My company Soar got our name from the title of his first book, “Soar With Your Strengths” and we deeply embrace his philosophy and principles in our mission and in our products.)
Imagine if you could use AI to analyze the top performers in every role and in every department in your organization.
Then imagine that the same AI can become a personal coach or tutor that can be used daily — even hourly — to uplevel all of the other employees in any role that are not yet high performers.
It can gently guide, nudge, and assist them — in a way that will work for them — to follow the model or pattern set by the top performers until they are top performers as well.
When Dick Fosbury decided not to high jump using the traditional scissor kick method, but rather to use a crazy weird approach, then jump backwards head first over the bar, curving his back and the kicking his feet up at the last second to clear the bar — many thought it ridiculous.
Until it became clear that his model worked way better — and then all world class high jumpers adopted it.
Who are the Dick Fosburys throughout your organization?
What are they doing differently or better than everyone else?
Would you like a custom AI model that figures this out — and then gently helps everyone else also clear that high bar and become a top performer?
What are you waiting for?
