His book “The Price of Pettiness: Bad Behavior in the Workplace and How to Stomp it Out” is fantastic.
He explores this subject in depth and shows that sometimes pettiness is minor and annoying but taken to an extreme pettiness can actually derail careers and destroy companies.
Highly recommended.
